Residential Reading - Includes initial house visit, written analysis with energy map and suggested remedies as well as a follow-up visit to walk through the residence and explain recommendations.

Mini-Consultation *NEW* - Includes one onsite visit, analysis of two rooms and suggested remedies for those rooms as well as any elemental remedies the exterior of the house may need.

Business Reading - Includes initial visit, written analysis with energy map and suggested remedies. A follow-up visit to walk through and explain recommendations. I will have to determine the complexity of the reading before we can agree upon a fee.

Remote Consultation *NEW* - I will supply you with a document that explains all that you need to do on your end: floor-plan measurements, photos, compass reading etc. A lo'pan, or Chinese compass will be sent so that an accurate compass reading can be obtained. This compass is yours to keep and can be used for future evaluations. An accurate compass reading is vital for an accurate evaluation.

Annual Update - Includes a walk through discussing what remedies need to be changed with the New Year based on your initial residential or business reading.

Follow-up Consultation - Includes walk through after remedies have been arranged.

Architectural Consultation - Includes working with the architect to determine which spaces are most supportive for sleeping, working, etc.

Building Site Consultation - Includes an initial consultation to go over the attributes to look for in a building site, as well as, a reading of the potential site.

Pre-purchase Consultation - Same as the basic residential or business reading. Determines whether the building is supportive to people and prosperity prior to purchase.

Speaking Engagement - An hour-long MS Power Point presentation that includes useful handouts and a question and answer period. The presentation contains a brief history of Feng Shui, how and why it works as well as concrete advice to take back to the office or home.

I regularily do readings in or around the greater Asheville, NC area. If necessary, and for an additional travel charge depending on locale, I will look at properties that are more than 20 but less than 90 miles from Asheville, NC.

What is involved with a consultation?

A common question is, "What's going to happen at my Feng Shui consultation?". Before the consultation begins, I will need the following things:

  • The birth dates of the occupants.
  • The date the building was built.
  • A scaled floor plan (I will develop one if necessary).

During the initial visit I will first examine the exterior, looking at geological and man-made landmarks. I will be looking for negative influences such as overgrown trees or shrubs, nearby construction activity or even traffic. Although these things aren't favorable, don't worry because there are things that can be done to better these circumstances. After the external observation is complete a Lo P'an, or Chinese compass, reading will be taken, showing me the orientation of the building. This information combined with the construction date gives me what I need to create the energy map of the building.

During the interior walk through I will develop a floor plan, if one hasn't been provided, and generally survey the layout. If there are any specific issues that have been bothering you, it may be helpful to let me know at this time.

After the initial visit I will compile my report which includes an annotated floor plan, suggested elemental remedies and an explanation of how to fulfill those remedies.

I will return for a second visit to walk through the building with you, report in hand, to go over my findings. It will be up to you to apply the remedies.

I do not try to sell remedies to my clients. I will only give you suggestions on how to fulfill the remedies that are needed.
